Finalising Rate Card
Based on the required skills, we collect the rate card from the employer to either source candidates from our bench pool or find immediate talent from the market. This enables employers to start interviewing and onboarding candidates without delay.

Interview Scheduling
We present candidates for interviews based on the required skills and the agreed rate card. Each candidate undergoes all necessary assessment levels, helping you shortlist the right contract resource for your team.

Project Deployment
We onboard shortlisted candidates to your team without delay—providing deployment-ready talent with zero HR compliance burden for your team.All necessary IT infrastructure and assets will be provided by the employer for operational readiness
4.
Payroll Process
We manage the complete payroll process for all deployed candidates based on timesheets approved by your managers. Our automated tools ensure accurate and timely processing, and invoices are presented at the end of each month for payment.
5.
Contract to Conversion
After the contract period, if you decide to retain the resource as a full-time employee, the employer is required to pay a one-time conversion fee as per the agreed terms.
